I photographed this bald eagle late in the afternoon at Black Point Wildlife Drive, MINWR.
I first used a Canon 5D III with an attached EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS II USM. I then quickly moved the lense to a T6 with its crop factor advantage to capture this photo.
I was around 60 – 80 yards from the eagle and the photo is heavily cropped.
Interesting note, I used shutter priority set at 1/1250 with both cameras and both metered the same and the photos had the exact same lighting while using evaluative metering.
